Dana brings years of experience in managing multiple sole proprietor practices to our team. As the Director of Operations, she has overseen the opening of 40 practices and manages a team of billing specialists and client care experts. Dana’s meticulous attention to detail and operational expertise ensure that every aspect of our services runs smoothly, allowing therapists to concentrate on their practice.

Rose brings a wealth of experience from her professional background in health and wellness, having held various roles in the spa industry. From Director to Project Manager in luxury establishments, she has pursued her passion for helping others. With an education in finance, Rose excels in roles centered on analysis and data, striving to optimize guest experiences. As a Client Care Specialist at Clarity Health + Wellness, Rose aims to support individuals on their wellness journeys.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Lauren is a licensed therapist and our Director of Marketing. With a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and a talent for ethical marketing, Lauren has helped connect thousands of clients with therapists and assisted 40 practitioners in building their caseloads. Her expertise in SEO and online presence ensures that our therapists are seen by their ideal clients, enhancing their professional visibility and reach.
DR. LOGAN PERSONS JONES
Dr. Logan Jones is the founder of Clarity Health + Wellness. With over a decade of experience in the field of psychotherapy, Dr. Jones has provided over 10,000 hours of therapy and oversees thousands of client services annually. His leadership helps our team deliver the highest level of care and professionalism. Dr. Jones is committed to creating a supportive environment where therapists can focus on their clients' well-being.
In addition to working individually with clients, his responsibilities at Clarity are focused on directing the practice with the wish of “making the practice of therapy joyful again”. He does this by nurturing colleagues and therapists, helping them reconnect to the heart of their work so that they and their clients may thrive within a collaborative and expansive therapeutic practice in Manhattan.

CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST
Sean comes from a diverse, creative background, having developed his skills as a writer and producer for clients including Fremantle Media, Barnes & Noble, and The Actor’s Fund. With a deep connection to the NYC restaurant and theater communities, Sean served as the Operations Manager at the beloved Orso Restaurant on 46th Street for over a decade. Additionally, he is a freelance podcaster, full-time husband and father, and a strong supporter of Clarity’s mission to bring accessible, affordable, and healing therapy to a broad spectrum of clients.
DEBBIE JONES, MBA, BA
BILLING SPECIALIST
Debbie brings over 30 years of experience in the medical field to her role as a Billing Specialist at Clarity Health + Wellness. With a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and an MBA, she has worked with clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Passionate about serving her community, Debbie has been involved with both Veterans and Caregiving Organizations. Outside of work, Debbie and her husband love to travel extensively, often exploring new destinations.

BILLING SPECIALIST
Belia is a retired Air Force Veteran with over 22 years of experience as a skilled medical technician. Throughout her military career, Belia honed her expertise in inpatient and outpatient care, excelling in clinical claims and submission. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Belia's vast knowledge extends from pediatrics to geriatrics, coupled with her proficiency in staff management and provider scheduling. As a Billing Specialist at Clarity Health + Wellness, Belia ensures that the financial aspects of client care are managed efficiently and accurately.
