What is the difference between off-peak and peak hours?

Peak hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, when demand for our therapy rooms is at its highest. Off-peak hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. During off-peak times, you can enjoy greater flexibility and potentially lower rates for room rentals.

How do I make reservations?
